2. What data we process and what we don't

We do not use contact forms, user accounts, newsletters, or analytics tracking on this website. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.

However, one technical process occurs automatically when you visit any website:

2.1 Hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages)

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit any page, Cloudflare's servers automatically log technical data, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and the pages you visit. This is standard server logging required for website operation and security.

  • Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — operating and securing the website.

3. Language preference (localStorage)

We store your language preference in your browser's localStorage under the key kinetiq_lang. This is not a cookie and contains no personal data — it is simply the text "en" or "nl". It is never transmitted to our servers and is not shared with any third party.
